Coach
Bailey
With over 10 years of coaching experience across all age groups and skill levels, Bailey has worked with athletes in youth developmental leagues, competitive club programs, and high school basketball.
He previously served as the Coaches Director for the St. Albert Youth Basketball League. Currently, Bailey leads the Senior Boys Basketball Team at Bellerose High School.
Bailey’s coaching philosophy centers on hard work, discipline, and strong fundamentals using basketball as a tool to teach valuable life lessons such as teamwork, perseverance, and accountability. His mission is to help players reach their full potential, not just as athletes, but as confident, well-rounded individuals.

Jason
Coach Deutsch brings over 30 years of basketball experience as a player, trainer, coach, and mentor. A former college athlete and back-to-back high school championships, he has built a reputation for developing athletes at both the junior high, high school and college levels.
In addition to his coaching success, Coach D served as President of the St. Albert Youth Basketball League (SAYBL), where he volunteered for 15 years, and is currently involved with the Bellerose Senior Basketball team as an assistant coach for three seasons.
His coaching philosophy emphasizes focusing on fundamentals, strategy, motivation, and work ethic. Beyond the court, Coach D is dedicated to personal development, instilling values of discipline, teamwork, and leadership that prepare athletes for success in life as well as in basketball.
